Confirmed dates and visitor details

Houston RV Show is scheduled February 10, 2027 through February 13, 2027 at Reliant Center in Houston, TX. All listed times are local Central time. Published hours: Opening hours have not been confirmed. Recheck the official event information before departure. This guide uses public dates and makes no claim of firsthand attendance.

A new vehicle display focuses attention on the day you bring the RV home. A useful show conversation also looks at the months afterward. Ask how you will obtain documents, who will answer a question, and where service conversations begin. Those details can matter as much as a layout preference, especially when the selling dealer is some distance from home.

Start with your home base

Tell the representative where the RV will normally be stored and where you expect to travel. Ask how the dealer handles customers outside its immediate area, without assuming that every repair or warranty request follows one universal process. Request the relevant written policies and the contact role responsible for explaining them.

Discuss a realistic handover. What time is set aside for demonstrations? Which manuals and component information are supplied? How are unanswered questions recorded? You are looking for a process you can understand, not a promise that you will never need help. Ask what to bring to a delivery appointment and whether the exact installed equipment will be documented.

Look for access, not just finish

Inside a display, ask where routine controls and service points are located. Do not remove panels or attempt procedures without permission. A representative can show which parts an owner is expected to use and where the manual explains them. Notice whether ordinary tasks involve a position or movement that would make your routine difficult.

Photograph equipment labels when permitted and match them with the unit identity. A model brochure can describe several possible configurations, while your future service question may concern one installed component. Keeping those distinctions visible makes the information more useful after the show and reduces the chance of asking about the wrong product.

Keep unresolved information visible

The organizer confirms the Houston dates and venue, but our record does not yet contain verified daily opening hours. Check the official event page again before arranging your visit. Do not reuse the previous edition’s schedule or assume the final day runs like the first. Any appointment should be confirmed against the current public hours.

If a purchase becomes a serious possibility, request an itemized proposal identifying the exact vehicle and options. Keep the sales terms separate from your questions about service. Ask which commitments will appear in the paperwork and which are general descriptions of the dealer’s usual approach. Give yourself time to read what is actually being offered.

After the show, create a small ownership folder for each remaining contender. Include the vehicle identity, documents received, service contacts, and the questions still open. Compare the completeness of those folders alongside the features you liked. A clear explanation of support cannot establish future service quality, but missing information is a concrete reason to continue researching.

For a wider itinerary, explore our TX campground directory as a statewide starting point. These listings do not establish nearby show lodging, current availability, or suitability for your rig. Check the exact location and operator details before reserving.

Continue with the handover-document checklist when preparing your visit.
