Accuracy and sources
We use official sources for event dates, campground records, product specifications and safety notices. Articles show publication dates; directory records include verification dates. Source links remain part of the record so information can be checked and corrected.
Reviews and product coverage
A buying guide, specification comparison or product feature is not a hands-on test. We do not invent ownership experience, miles traveled, interviews, measurements or quotes. Unassessed criteria remain unscored.
Ten-point rating method
A tested review may score documented criteria from 0 to 10: function for the stated use case (30%), usability (20%), compatibility and installation (20%), build quality and support (15%), and value at the dated price (15%). Category-specific test plans must be written before evaluation. Criteria lacking evidence remain visibly unscored; an overall score is withheld if any required criterion is unassessed. Scoring must link to the test evidence and dated price source.
Independence and disclosure
Advertising, paid profiles and sponsored articles are labeled. Product submission and advertising do not purchase favorable coverage. Any supplied review unit, affiliate relationship or material conflict must be disclosed in the relevant article.
Images and people
Launch scenery and equipment illustrations are labeled as illustrative. They do not document a named destination or exact product model. Reader stories, photographs, interviews and rig profiles require permission and editorial review.
Corrections and safety
Material errors are corrected with a meaningful update note. Safety guidance links to official resources and does not replace model-specific manufacturer instructions or qualified assistance.
